↗What Happened
Their startup journey is a wild example of how if you build it well and the timing is lucky, they will definitely come.
Our Take
Honestly? They nailed the timing — GPU shortage + indie builders desperate for compute + a founder who actually listened on Reddit. $120M ARR is solid work.
But here's the thing: now that cloud's normalizing and the hype cycle's moved on, they're in a straight fight with AWS/GCP on price. Indie credibility doesn't scale against sales machines.
Real test: do they stay differentiated or become the Stripe of GPU cloud (acqui-hired away)?
What To Do
Watch if they keep growing ARR without cutting margins; that tells you if Reddit-to-$120M was repeatable or just lucky timing.
