A studio built around one principle: the engineer who scopes it builds it.
I have been building production software for 14 years — across insurance, healthcare, legal, and finance. I have worked on systems that process real claims, handle real patient data, and sit inside real compliance workflows. The kind of work where getting it wrong has actual consequences.
I started Fordel because I kept watching founders and product teams get burned by the same pattern: a senior engineer makes the sale, juniors do the work, and the client finds out six weeks into a project that they were never actually talking to the person who would build it.
Fordel is a small studio by design. I am the engineer. I architect your system, write your code, and own the outcome. AI tooling handles parallel workstreams — tests, boilerplate, scaffolding — with every output reviewed and merged by me. You get senior execution at double the pace.

Pabitra Sharma
Provides the financial foundation that lets Fordel take on ambitious projects and invest in long-term capability building. Keeps the studio independent — no VC pressure, no growth-at-all-costs mandate.
Satarupa Mandal
Owns the quality bar across every engagement — from test strategy through production monitoring. Every deliverable goes through her before it goes to a client.
You talk to the engineer who builds it
There is no account manager between you and the person writing your code. The engineer who scopes your project is the one who ships it. This is not a common arrangement. It should be.
Working software every week
You see real progress in real time — not a big reveal at the end of a sprint. Every week there is something you can actually use, test, or give feedback on.
Scope changes flagged before work starts
If something is harder than estimated, you hear about it immediately — not after it has already cost you two extra weeks. Surprises are a failure of communication, not of scope.
30 days post-launch accountability
Your launch is the beginning of our accountability, not the end. We monitor, fix, and iterate through the instability that always comes after go-live.
Client names are protected by NDA. The work is real.
Claims processing automation, policy management systems, compliance workflow tooling for mid-size insurers.
HIPAA-compliant document pipelines, patient data integration layers, clinical workflow tooling.
Contract analysis systems, electronic signature workflows, matter management integrations.
Payment integrations, audit trail systems, regulatory reporting pipelines.
The Other Half
A workshop for founders and operators who are building with AI but spending too much time on the wrong half — the part that doesn't ship.
Hands-on. Small group. We work through your actual stack, not a toy example.

If you have something worth building, let's talk. No sales pitch, no discovery deck — just a direct conversation about what you need.
