Our Take

If Fibr actually delivers one-to-one personalization without a 10-person martech team, that's worth serious money.

The risk is real though — probably works fine for templated experiences, falls apart with nuance. Most agencies won't die because clients demand human strategy, but mid-market shops doing basic personalization? Yeah, threatened. Accel's doubling down because if it works, the TAM is massive.

This is the agency disruption bet we've been waiting for.
