ServiceNow partners with Anthropic just a week after announcing a partnership with OpenAI as the company takes a multi-model approach.

Our Take

Multi-vendor approach means they don't know what they're doing yet. This isn't strategy, it's hedging.

ServiceNow's playing both sides, which is fine for buying optionality. But it signals they're not committed to building anything specific with either vendor. They're waiting to see which LLM "wins" before actually shipping something real.
