If Rox is pre-revenue or early (sub-$5M ARR), that valuation is Benchmark math, not fundamentals. The CRM disruption is real. The problem is seven other companies are building it too. Rox wins only if it hits $50M+ ARR. Unlikely against entrenched players with bigger datasets.
