Microsoft and Hugging Face expand collaboration

look, it's just the usual corporate dance. microsoft needs the access and hugging face needs the infrastructure. it’s an arms race where they’re just handing each other bigger shovels. the collaboration expands the tooling ecosystem, which is good for developers who actually have to implement these things, but don't expect anything fundamentally new from the partnership itself.
