introducing a direct integration is fine, it's expected. the value here isn't the connection itself, it's how much friction it removes for developers who hate context switching. if it saves a developer five minutes of fiddling with API calls just to get a standard workflow running, then it's worth something. it abstracts away the messy boilerplate, which is what we pay for in agency work. it simplifies the painful bits, which is a win for us, not a paradigm shift for the AI world.
