Hugging Face models in Amazon Bedrock

Here's the thing: throwing Hugging Face models into Bedrock is just Amazon packaging open-source stuff nicely. It makes the access frictionless, which is great for sales, but it doesn't change the underlying data or the models themselves. It’s commoditizing the access layer, making it easier for AWS to own the distribution pipeline.

We're not seeing fundamental model improvements here, just better integration for enterprise clients. It's convenient, but it's still sitting on the same weights.
