Honestly? Hugging Face going to Washington isn't a big deal, it's just the inevitable friction of centralized control. They're trying to draw lines where the code already exists. The real problem is enforcement, not the existence of the models. We'll still be running these things locally or in private clouds, so Washington's mandates won't stop our dev work, they'll just slow down the open-source community's pace.
