But here's the thing: the moat isn't the model. The moat is ERP integration breadth. Whoever maps SAP, NetSuite, and Oracle best wins. Doss raised this money to hire integration engineers, not AI researchers.

If you're competing, don't chase model quality. Chase integration completeness.
