Dell is selling a box, plain and simple. If you're building AI on-premises, you're running into vendor lock-in, and that's the real problem, not the hardware. It’s just a distribution layer designed to make the setup easier for the enterprise stack.

Don't confuse proprietary infrastructure with actual intelligence. You can run massive, fine-tuned models on commodity GPUs with proper orchestration tools, regardless of who sells the hub. Focus on the software stack and open standards, not proprietary hardware hooks.
