AI + defense robotics in South Korea checks boxes: manufacturing expertise, geopolitical urgency, tech-friendly government. But $12M is lean for defense-grade hardware. Regulatory approval, hardware iteration, testing cycles—that's expensive stuff.

The real bottleneck won't be the AI anyway. It'll be manufacturing scale and export controls. (South Korea's good at both, but neither moves fast.) This feels like a 3-4 year play at this burn rate.
