Standard enterprise consulting play. Accenture sells "we'll implement Claude for you" to Fortune 500s, takes a margin, Anthropic looks mainstream. Everyone wins on paper. The catch: it legitimizes Claude for boring enterprise use cases (document processing, customer support) while the AI race happens elsewhere.

It's not bad—it's just how SaaS companies go public. Boring money beats venture returns.
