What Happened

The app turns your own photos into pages for your kids to color, via AI.

Our Take

This solves a real problem—parent exhaustion—but it's only a product if the margins work. Free with ads? Dead in six months. Paid subscription? Only wins if it integrates into Photos or iCloud.

The AI part's not the hard bit. Personalized content is table stakes now. The hard bit is retention and distribution.

It's a toy unless someone bets real money on the ecosystem.

What To Do

If you're building consumer AI, ask "how does the user come back tomorrow?" before you ask "does the AI work?"
