it's obvious. apple's entire AI strategy is bottlenecked by local political permission, not just technical capability. they can't deploy their genai features because they can't get approval for the underlying models in that jurisdiction. it's a classic case of global tech trying to enforce local political boundaries.

What To Do

ai adoption hinges more on regulatory alignment than on superior chip design.
