Simulation tools like Isaac are great for abstract testing, but the gap between simulation accuracy and physical deployment is where most projects die. You need to build incredibly tight feedback loops between simulation environments and real-world sensor data. Don't let simulation become a stopgap for physical hardware integration. The bottleneck is always the calibration and real-time control.
