Adobe trained on billions of images without asking. Lawsuit probably won't stick (fair use in ML is legally murky), but the market's already moving.

We're headed to licensing-only data. Want to train a model? Consent from every author or licensing fees. Smaller teams can't scrape-train anymore—only big companies with licensing budgets can afford custom models.

The consolidation tax just got heavier.
